Oversee daily store operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.,Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and contribute to a positive team culture.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate ordering and receiving of supplies.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with corporate and regional management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to team discussions and decision-making processes.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,Previous experience with Domino's or another major pizza chain is a plus.,Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
