📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing retail sales operations to meet targets and increase revenue.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and mentor junior staff to improve sales performance and customer service skills.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
