📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, providing training and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve targets and revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Monitor and report store performance metrics to the regional office.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
