📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Visit clients and prospects to discuss audio equipment needs and present solutions
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate leads
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Use CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions, and monitor sales performance
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the audio industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel out of town frequently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluency in Indonesian and English
