📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, to maintain a harmonious workplace.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and decision-making processes.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Maintain and update HR records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
