📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill our team members.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to facilitate their professional growth.,Assess and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance learning experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
