📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all services are delivered with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Manage and mentor a team of butlers and support staff.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and enforced.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using English and Indonesian languages.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
