As a Personalia Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and promotions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration.,Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
