📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine recruitment needs,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications,Schedule and conduct interviews,Coordinate with hiring managers to select the best candidates,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
