In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for creating user-friendly content.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Ensure documentation meets accessibility standards and is user-friendly,Provide feedback on documentation to improve usability and effectiveness

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Excellent written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy,Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
