📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching and mentoring.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in company events and promotions to enhance brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel buildings and construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
