📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and oversee the accounts payable process, including invoices, payments, and vendor relationships.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all invoices and payments, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.,Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts payable process.,Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any issues or concerns related to payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of accounts payable processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in accounts payable and financial management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
