📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, using SAP and other financial tools.
• Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and objectives.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.
• Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular financial updates to the Finance Controller and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in SAP and other financial software tools.
• Experience working in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
