📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and values.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the branch's activities are integrated with the company's overall strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
