📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and specifications.
  • Ensure that all meals are nutritious, delicious, and served on time.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and in good condition.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training new staff members.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a maritime or similar environment.
  • Proven track record of preparing and cooking meals to high standards.
  • Good knowledge of nutrition and food safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
  • Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
