📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage online store operations using Shopify or WooCommerce, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and supplier coordination.
• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly, working closely with our logistics partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new features and improvements to our online store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on online store operations and customer service.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing Shopify or WooCommerce stores.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
