📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of HR technology and data professionals, driving the implementation of cutting-edge solutions to enhance HR operations.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for HR technology and digital transformation, aligning with the organization's overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the APAC region to ensure seamless integration of HR technology and data into the organization's strategic goals.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR technology and data team.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the APAC CHRO and senior leadership on HR technology and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in HR technology and digital transformation, and drive their adoption within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in HR technology, data management, and digital transformation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, software, and data management tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM.
• Certifications in HR technology, data management, and digital transformation are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of HR technology and data professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze HR data to drive decision-making.
• Experience working in a global financial institution or a similar high-stakes environment is a plus.
