📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.,Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety regulations, environmental regulations, and transportation regulations.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other fleet personnel as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that fleet operations support the company's overall goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and submit regular reports to management.,Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
