Fresh Home Cemerlang is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are available and in good condition when needed.,Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and work to reduce costs where possible.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Track vehicle usage and performance, and provide reports to management as needed.,Handle communication and coordination between the fleet department and other departments within the company.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
