In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees,Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and employee feedback,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and seminars,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of learning programs,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels,Proficiency in using learning management systems and e-learning platforms,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
