IRIS Cemerlang is looking for a motivated Junior HR Generalist to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited HR experience to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
