Central Life Sentosa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. You will work closely with the audit team to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in internal auditing to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and evidence for audits.,Identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of audit activities.,Participating in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of internal auditing principles and practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with auditing software and tools is a plus.
