Urban Sun Unggul is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Makassar. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team, ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and processes to ensure the quality of software products.,Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities, including functional, performance, and security testing.,Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet customer requirements and expectations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.,Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO and CMMI.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Engineering, with a proven track record of leading QA teams.,Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.,Proficient in QA tools and technologies, such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
