📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies that help clients minimize their tax liabilities while maximizing their financial performance.,Conduct tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for individuals, businesses, and organizations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training and support to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of tax services.,Monitor and report on tax performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT, is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including the latest changes and updates.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is a plus.
