📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic and personal growth.,Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and critical thinking.,Mentor and support junior teachers, providing guidance and coaching to help them develop their teaching skills and confidence.,Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and parents to ensure the overall success and well-being of the students.,Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, and school events to contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.,Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents.,Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.,Fluency in English, both spoken and written.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification as required by Indonesian law.
