PT Inti Sumber is seeking a talented Senior Technical Writer to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation that supports our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping users understand complex technical concepts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Develop user guides, API references, and other technical materials to support our software products.,Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the quality and usability of our documentation.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and train junior technical writers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and platforms, such as Markdown, Confluence, and Git.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
