Geekhunter is seeking a highly experienced and strategic VP Finance, Accounting, and Tax to lead our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial planning, accounting, and tax strategies to ensure the financial health and growth of the company. You will work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights and guidance, and oversee the financial reporting and compliance processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis processes to support the company's strategic goals.,Oversee the accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage the financial relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.,Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior leadership position.,Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.,Excellent knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to develop and implement effective tax strategies.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance and accounting teams.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
