📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Programming and operating CNC machines using industry-standard software such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain.
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of manufactured parts through rigorous quality control inspections.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CNC machines and production processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Implementing and adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Conducting regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machines.
• Providing technical support and training to junior staff.
• Documenting production processes and quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming, machine operation, or quality control.
• Certification in CNC programming or quality control is a plus.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
