As a Customer Service Executive, you will handle a variety of tasks, including coordinating with clients, tracking shipments, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. You will use our in-house logistics management system, SAP, and other industry-standard tools to manage and optimize our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth export and import processes
• Track and manage shipments using our logistics management system, SAP
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearances
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid SIM (International Driving Permit) and clean driving record
