📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, capital market transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactions.
• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations, including those related to hospitality and real estate.
• Manage legal risks and opportunities, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Work closely with internal teams to implement legal strategies and ensure compliance.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends, providing recommendations for proactive risk management.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on corporate law or regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial laws.
• Experience in hospitality or real estate law is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
