📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts and secure the best pricing from suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to balance stock availability with storage costs.
• Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets.
• Monitor market trends and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular reports on demand planning and procurement activities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and implement relevant tools and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in demand planning and procurement, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or relevant field is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
