📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage travel bookings for international guests, ensuring all arrangements are made smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with local partners to secure the best rates and services for our guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends and industry developments to offer innovative and personalized travel solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all travel bookings and guest interactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain international clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in an inbound tourism role.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language used in international communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with international clients and local partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with travel management systems (TMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, including popular attractions, local customs, and cultural nuances.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
