📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and detailed quantity surveys and cost estimates for precast construction projects.
• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify the accuracy of materials and workmanship.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bids for precast construction projects.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements for project stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., RICS, CQS) is a plus.
